how do you delete the 300 mb from the 1.1.3 jailbreak?
Hello meltdown,
Try to SSH in to your iPod Touch using a program like WinSCP and navigate to
/private/var/softupgrade/
or:
/private/var/root/softupgrade/
You should find the image file in one of the following locations mentioned above. Once you find it, you can right-click and delete it off of your iPod Touch!
i used 1.1.3 dev tem soft upgrade cuz i din't have 1.1.3 soft upgrade and so soft upgrade isnt in winscp

I would recommend you to restore your iPod Touch and jailbreak it to 1.1.3 again. There is now an easier and instant way to jailbreak it. Download ZiPhone at http://www.downloadziphone.org. This software will jailbreak your iPod Touch.
